This is where image and design consultations happen. Honest, personal conversations about how you present yourself, how you want to feel, and what your image and spaces say about you. No agenda. No catalog. Just a real conversation.

Before you walk in, we prepare this room for you. Tell us you're drawn to the color blue, and you'll find sapphires, tanzanite, and silk in every shade of midnight waiting. Mention a November birthday, and we'll present birthstones you didn't know existed alongside pieces that feel like they were always meant to be yours. Nothing in this room is here by default. Every object, every detail, is placed with your conversation in the Lightroom in mind. This is not browsing. This is a room that already knows you.

Your visit to 24K Pacific Heights begins with a real conversation. In our private light room, surrounded by art and amenities of your choosing, we take the time to learn about your life, your aspirations, and what you are drawn to. Only then do we walk you through the showroom, presenting pieces selected specifically for you.
Your $150 image or design consultation fee may apply toward purchases made during your visit, at our discretion.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Effective March 2026 · San Francisco, CA
Reservation Fee
All private consultations at 24K Pacific Heights require a $150 non-refundable reservation fee payable in full at the time of booking via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Your appointment time is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Failure to complete payment within 30 minutes of selecting your time slot will release the slot back to availability.
The reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, illness, inclement weather, transportation issues, personal conflicts, or any other cause beyond or within the client's control.
Cancellation
48 or more hours before your appointment: Cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance may, at 24K Pacific Heights' sole and absolute discretion, be applied as a one-time credit toward a future reservation. This credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and expires 90 days from issuance. No cash refunds will be issued.
Less than 48 hours before your appointment: Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a no-show. The full reservation fee is forfeited with no credit, transfer, or refund of any kind.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, or who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, will be considered a no-show. The full reservation fee is forfeited. 24K Pacific Heights is not obligated to extend, reschedule, or otherwise accommodate late arrivals.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 24K Pacific Heights reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests at its sole discretion. Each reservation fee entitles the client to a single rescheduling opportunity, if approved.
Right to Refuse and Cancel
24K Pacific Heights reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: boutique events, private closures, staffing, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event that 24K Pacific Heights cancels a confirmed appointment without client fault, the reservation fee will be refunded or applied as a credit, at 24K's sole discretion.
Credit Toward Purchase
The $150 reservation fee may, at 24K Pacific Heights' sole and absolute discretion, be applied toward merchandise purchased during the same-day consultation visit. This credit is not guaranteed, is non-cumulative, has no cash value, cannot be applied to prior purchases, services, or layaway, and may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Credit availability is communicated at the time of the visit.
Consultation Scope
The consultation is an image and lifestyle advisory service. Attendance does not guarantee the availability, price, or condition of any specific item. All merchandise is subject to prior sale. 24K Pacific Heights makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability of any item discussed or viewed during a consultation.
Guest Conduct
24K Pacific Heights reserves the right to immediately terminate any consultation and require any guest to leave the premises for conduct that is, in our sole judgment, disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, the reservation fee is forfeited in full with no credit or refund.
Photography and Recording
No photography, video recording, or audio recording is permitted on the premises without the express prior written consent of 24K Pacific Heights management. This policy exists to protect the privacy of our clients and the security of our collection. Unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination of your consultation with forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Liability During Visit
By visiting 24K Pacific Heights, you acknowledge and agree that you handle all items at your own risk. You are financially responsible for any damage caused to items during your consultation through negligence or mishandling. 24K Pacific Heights carries insurance for its collection; however, this does not release you from personal liability for damage caused by your actions.
Force Majeure
24K Pacific Heights shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under this policy where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, fire, flood, power outages, or failure of third-party service providers. In such events, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide credit at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, County of San Francisco, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Use, including the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions contained therein.
This policy is subject to change without notice. By completing your reservation payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy in its entirety, as well as the Terms of Use. When you request a consultation or submit our contact form, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, referral source, stated interests, and any notes you choose to share. We may also collect browser and device information automatically via standard analytics tools.
Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and is never stored, viewed, or accessed by 24K Pacific Heights. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to: (1) confirm and manage your appointment; (2) communicate with you about your visit, upcoming events, and new arrivals; (3) personalize your experience and the pieces presented to you; and (4) comply with applicable legal requirements.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate our business (HubSpot for CRM; Stripe for payments), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
Date of Birth
Your date of birth is collected solely to allow us to recognize and acknowledge milestones, personalize communications, and ensure our services are offered to adults 18 years of age or older. It is never shared with third parties.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the 24K Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
Informal Resolution First. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your initial contact, either party may proceed as set forth below.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, any consultation, any purchase, or any aspect of the relationship between you and 24K Pacific Heights that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or by such other arbitration provider as the parties may mutually agree upon. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, unless you and 24K Pacific Heights agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. YOU AND 24K PACIFIC HEIGHTS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU AND 24K PACIFIC HEIGHTS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and 24K Pacific Heights agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Site. Your notice must include your name, address, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you opt out, all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you and 24K Pacific Heights consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
Assumption of Risk
By visiting the 24K Pacific Heights boutique, you acknowledge and agree that you enter at your own risk. 24K Pacific Heights maintains commercially reasonable security measures but is not responsible for loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of 24K Pacific Heights.
Photography and Recording
No photography, video recording, or audio recording is permitted on the premises of 24K Pacific Heights without the express prior written consent of management. Any recordings made without authorization may be deleted and may result in the immediate termination of your consultation. 24K Pacific Heights reserves the right to photograph items for documentation, insurance, and marketing purposes. No photographs of clients will be taken or published without explicit written consent.
Force Majeure
24K Pacific Heights shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, orders or regulations, fire, flood, earthquake, power outages, internet disruptions, labor disputes, civil unrest, or failure of third-party service providers. In such events, affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Third-Party Links and Services
This Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing) and HubSpot (customer relationship management). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. 24K Pacific Heights is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service and makes no representations or warranties regarding them. No Waiver
The failure of 24K Pacific Heights to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by 24K Pacific Heights.
Severability
